40-Ticker BRB Scanner
Scans up to 40 tickers and shows which phase of the Break-Retest-Break sequence each one is in across your watchlist.
4-Phase State Machine
Each ticker is classified as Ranging (inside the SBox), Breaking (breaching the SBox level), Retesting (pulling back to the level), or Breakout (confirmed continuation).
SBox-Based Levels
Uses the same pivot point logic as sX SBox to calculate the box high, low, and midpoint for each ticker — the same levels you see on the chart in sX SBox.
6 Phase Filter Toggles
Show or hide each phase independently: Ranging, Break Up, Break Down, Retest, Breakout Up, Breakout Down. Focus on exactly the stage you trade.
TFC + sXc Integration

How It Works
→ What Is the BRB?
Break. Retest. Break.
The BRB is one of the highest-probability continuation setups in The STRAT methodology. Price consolidates in a range (Ranging), breaks out above the SBox high or below the SBox low (Break), pulls back to test the breakout level without breaking back inside (Retest), then continues in the original direction (Breakout). sX BRB Radar scans your entire watchlist for tickers at every stage of this sequence simultaneously.

SBox Level Detection
For each ticker, the indicator runs the same pivot detection logic as sX SBox, calculating the box high, low, and midpoint using configurable swing length parameters. This produces the key levels for BRB state assignment.

Phase Assignment
On each bar, the ticker's current price is compared to the SBox levels: Inside the box = Ranging. Close above box high (first time) = Break Up. Close back inside after a break = Retest. Close back through in the original direction = Breakout.

State Encoding
All state information — TFC vote, sXc vote, phase, and direction — is packed into a single integer per security call using the encoding scheme: enc = (tfcV+1)×1000 + (sxcV+1)×100 + phaseV×10 + dirV. This allows full BRB state data with zero extra security calls.

Phase Filtering
The Phase Filter toggles control which phases appear in the table. Only enabled phases for tickers in that state are shown. A Ranging-only view shows consolidating setups. A Retest-only view shows entries about to trigger.

TFC / sXc Display
When TFC or sXc is enabled, the decoded composite values are shown in the table alongside the phase. Optional filtering hides tickers where confluence disagrees with the break direction.
→ Encoding EfficiencyThe packed integer encoding is why sX BRB Radar can show full confluence data within TradingView's security call limit. Each integer encodes: TFC direction (-1/0/1), sXc cross (-1/0/1), phase (0–3), and direction (0–2) — all in one call per ticker.

Pro Tips
Filter to Retest Only for Entries
Set Phase Filters to show ONLY the Retest phase. This table is your live entry list. Every ticker on it is in the most actionable stage of the BRB sequence right now.
Use TFC Filter for Quality
Enable TFC Filter alongside the Retest view. Only tickers where the higher-TF candle agrees with the break direction survive. This dramatically reduces false entries.
Match Pivot Length to Your TF
On Daily screener TF, pivot length 5–9 works well. On 1H TF, use 3–5. Longer pivot lengths produce cleaner boxes with fewer signals. Shorter lengths produce more signals with more noise.
Confirm Visually on the Chart
BRB Radar is a discovery tool. When you see a ticker in Retest phase, open its chart, add sX SBox, and confirm the SBox levels visually match the table's signal. The scanner uses the same logic as the chart indicator.
Watch Breakout Phase for Runners
The Breakout phase tickers have already confirmed the BRB sequence. While the entry was the Retest, Breakout tickers are still worth watching — they may be early in a sustained move and pullbacks to the SBox level become new retests.
