Key Features
Swing-Based Trade Box
Draws a box between a meaningful swing high and swing low. The box defines your trade range, pivot, and potential targets.
Auto-Select Mode
Automatically selects the best swing box from recent price action based on configurable criteria. No manual setup required.
Manual Setup Mode
Define the box manually by entering specific price levels or swing offsets. Full control for precision setups.
Golden Ratio Zone
Highlights the 38.2% to 61.8% Fibonacci zone inside the box. Price often consolidates here before the next directional move.
Target Points (TPs)
Projects up to 3 target levels above (bullish) and below (bearish) the box based on the box's range. These become your TP1, TP2, TP3.
BRB — Break, Retest, Break
Detects when price breaks out of the box, pulls back to retest the breakout level, and then continues. The full BRB sequence is drawn on the chart.
Info Table
On-chart table showing box high, low, midpoint, range, and current position relative to the box (above/below/inside).
Breached TP Tracking
When price reaches a TP level, the line changes color and label to indicate it has been reached. Historical TP performance is visible.

How It Works

Choose a Mode
Select Box Source Mode: Auto-Select Best Box, Manual Price Input, or Swing Offset. Auto is recommended for new users. Manual gives precision for experienced traders.

Box Is Drawn
A box is drawn between the swing high (resistance top) and swing low (support bottom). The midpoint is calculated as (High + Low) / 2 and drawn as a pivot line.

Golden Ratio Zone
The 38.2%–61.8% zone is shaded inside the box. Price consolidating in this zone is considered neutral. Breakouts above or below the zone with conviction signal directional intent.

Targets Are Projected
Target Points are calculated as multiples of the box's range, projected above (bullish targets) and below (bearish targets). TP1 is 1× the range beyond the box; TP2 is 1.618×; TP3 is 2.618×.

BRB Sequence
When price closes above the box top, a break is confirmed. If price then pulls back to the top of the box and closes above again, a retest is confirmed. The full BRB is labeled on the chart. This is your high-conviction continuation entry.

Pro Tips
Use the Midpoint as Your Bias Filter
Above the SBox midpoint = bullish bias. Below = bearish. If the midpoint is the most important line, this is the line to watch on every bar.
TP Levels Are Your Options Targets
In the sXOptions Analyzer, set TP1 and TP2 stock prices to match the SBox TP1 and TP2 levels. Now your option targets are anchored to real price structure.
BRB Is the Highest-Conviction Entry
Don't enter on the initial break. Wait for the retest. The BRB sequence — price breaks, pulls back to the box edge, holds, and continues — is the textbook STRAT continuation entry.
Auto Mode for Discovery, Manual for Precision
Use Auto mode to find boxes on unfamiliar tickers. When you know the exact range you want to trade, switch to Manual Price Input and lock your own levels.
Golden Zone = Wait Zone
Price inside the 38.2%–61.8% zone is undecided. Don't enter here. Wait for a directional close above or below the zone with conviction before committing.
